A smart multi-ministry citizen issue & progress tracker, linked through Aadhar card, that automatically routes geo-tagged issues to the correct government ministries.
Description
- Citizens report public issues by uploading a photo with automatic GPS location and timestamp.
- Users select the issue category (Road, Drainage, Water, Electricity, Environment, etc.).
- The system automatically assigns complaints to the relevant government departments based on category and location.
- Multiple authorities can receive and manage the same complaint independently.
- Government administrators manage departments, categories, jurisdictions, and officials through an admin portal.
- Citizens can track complaint progress through a real-time status timeline.

- Citizen mobile application for reporting and tracking complaints.
- Government admin page for managing ministries, departments, categories, jurisdictions, and officials.
- Intelligent routing engine for automatic complaint assignment.

- Farmer profiles listing crops, quantity available, and price per unit.
- Location-based search so buyers can easily find farmers near them.
- In-app messaging so buyers and farmers can negotiate and confirm orders.
- Delivery or pickup scheduling agreed between farmer and buyer.
- Digital payment integration for safe, cash-free transactions.
- Admin panel to verify genuine farmers and manage listings.
